"Eric is very professional, listens to your wants and needs but still tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. I met Eric because my old representative retired, and I was looking for a new agent, I met with Eric and discussed my account, he ask to come to my home to see what he would be insuring and get to know us better. During his visit, Eric sat us down and explained how we were under insured and why. This turned out to be a huge day in my life. We listened to Eric and upgraded policies, per his suggestions, and moved forward. About two years later we had a devastating fire, it was terrible, I called Eric, he was standing in my yard with me 16 minutes from the time I called, meeting with my wife and I the next morning, on a Sunday even! He let us know, everything was good, here are your policies, and in time, you'll be good as new, or as good as it can get, from a loss. I can't tell you how good it is, knowing Eric is working for you. I would suggest him to anyone looking for a quality agent."
